Koru Care NZ is pleased to advise that we are fortunate enough to be involved in the inaugural Gaming for Charity event in NZ.

Gaming for Charity is an online event that aims to bring together the video gaming community across New Zealand to play games and help us raise vital funds.

Are you up for the Gaming for Charity challenge? Be a Game Hero and make a difference by signing up at https://gamingforcharity.nz and choosing Koru Care NZ as your charity of choice.

Go solo or get a virtual team together. Build your gaming marathon team by letting your friends and family across NZ and overseas who would be interested in taking part with you know. You are free to decide on the number of hours and the date to stream your gaming marathon.

Over the months of October and November 2020, we are encouraging as many gamers, anyone and everyone who enjoys playing video games across New Zealand to get involved for the inaugural event. Gather your friends, kids, parents, workmates or classmates to join your team. Challenge friends in your neighbourhood, other schools and companies in the number of hours gamed and the amount fundraised. Hold and stream your gaming marathon and get sponsored.

This event is free of charge and open to the public who are 16 years and above. Participants under 16 must get approval from a parent or legal guardian before signing up.
